We have successfully provided support for several change processes together with cidpartners. Many new approaches and instruments were incorporated into the projects to promote a more agile approach. This is how the idea arose of developing change training together so that a larger group of colleagues would have access to these techniques. I have rarely experienced such enthusiasm among qualification participants. What we found particularly convincing about the cooperation: the co-creative approach and the combination of systemic and agile approaches. cidpartners is flexible and highly professional.

The LANXESS Global Leadership Conference in the autumn of 2014 was an important event for our Group in many respects. The aim was to familiarize the management team with pioneering strategic projects and to provide orientation regarding the Group’s future progress. It was also a question of generating the necessary team commitment. cidpartners provided excellent support with the conference design and the distinctive moderation style. It was fun.
How, when, why and with whom people talk to each other in the company, with what input, what objective, what purpose and for which ‘tangible’ results – all these things determine how success comes about in a company.
