With cidpartners we had an excellent strategist and implementer in the area of change communication during a large IT change project lasting several years. The always very cooperative partnership is in line with my vision: focused, transparent and reliable.

As a communications and OE consulting firm, cidpartners has successfully supported us in complex change processes and in ongoing development to a modern and flexible organizational model for several years. In addition to the tailor-made process design, we have developed significantly in terms of self-organization, cooperation and leadership through the innovative methods, approaches and formats used by cidpartners. I particularly appreciated the cooperation in partnership.
We have successfully provided support for several change processes together with cidpartners. Many new approaches and instruments were incorporated into the projects to promote a more agile approach. This is how the idea arose of developing change training together so that a larger group of colleagues would have access to these techniques. I have rarely experienced such enthusiasm among qualification participants. What we found particularly convincing about the cooperation: the co-creative approach and the combination of systemic and agile approaches. cidpartners is flexible and highly professional.
cidpartners designed a modern management development program for us. The response to the joint development process and the programme has been excellent. What I particularly like is the attitude: the cidpartners facilitators credibly demonstrate what they teach us in terms of current approaches to leadership and self-organization.
The development of a performance culture is a milestone for LANXESS and an expression of the will to change on the part of management and employees in the worldwide realignment of our Group. cidpartners supported us throughout the entire development phase with valuable content and thought-provoking impulses. The LANXESS Global Leadership Conference in the autumn of 2014 was an important event for our Group in many respects. The aim was to familiarize the management team with pioneering strategic projects and to provide orientation regarding the Group’s future progress. It was also a question of generating the necessary team commitment. cidpartners provided excellent support with the conference design and the distinctive moderation style. It was fun.
How, when, why and with whom people talk to each other in the company, with what input, what objective, what purpose and for which ‘tangible’ results – all these things determine how success comes about in a company. Christiane Schneider of cidpartners with her awareness-engendering formats and effective tools showed us compellingly how we can do it differently.
