Value-Driven Action and a Performance Culture for Economic Success

A chemical company undergoing transition through strategic realignment, centralization measures and the appointment of a new CEO. In this context, it was necessary to establish new values and promote a culture of confident cooperation and integrity in both management and the entire organization as well as allowing debate to address contentious issues. In three years of intensive project work, a performance culture was established in which levels of cooperation improved and change was seen positively – both important prerequisites for successful change initiatives.
