Our client offers a wide range of internet access products and cloud applications using many brands. Entrepreneurship as a value is important to the group, which is still managed by its founders to this day. We successfully implemented a qualification series to make a tangible experience out of entrepreneurship while at the same time addressing a range of strategically important aspects.

As part of the development programme, participants pursued strategic projects in interdisciplinary, self-organized teams in parallel with day-to-day business, taking each aspect from the idea to its implementation in the company within 12 months. They received methodological and technical support, while a Board member acted as ‘patron’ and sparring partner for the chosen project.
