CULTURAL CHANGE THROUGH LEADERSHIP TRAINING: EFFECTIVE AND SUSTAINABLE

The archdiocese stands for a living faith: it employs almost 3,000 people, and many others volunteer their time and effort. The mission of the church is at the core of its activities, which range from pastoral care and educational institutions to charitable services. In cooperation with more than 280 senior staff members, we engendered an attitude in the organization based on stable leadership skills. The process integrated various perspectives on leadership and made valuable contributions to the development of the diocese.
