At cidpartners, an experienced core team and a diverse network of consultants, trainers, and coaches work together. They combine different areas of expertise, professional experience, industry knowledge, personalities, and perspectives.

This diversity is a key part of our consulting approach: it enables us to consider complex issues from various angles, open up new perspectives, and develop sustainable solutions together with our clients. For each project, we assemble the team to perfectly match the specific situation, the concrete challenges, and the desired outcomes.

CIDPARTNERS

The core team advises clients and takes on fixed tasks within the GmbH (limited liability company). It is responsible for day-to-day operations and the further development of cidpartners as an organization.
The office in Bonn’s southern district is the common place for exchange, coordination and cooperation.

The network complements cidpartners with additional areas of expertise, professional experience, and industry knowledge. The associated consultants, trainers, and coaches collaborate with cidpartners in different teams, depending on the specific needs and project context.
