Thomas works at the intersection of design, consulting, and learning. His playful, visual approach opens up new perspectives on complex questions within organizations. As a designer, creative coach, and process facilitator, he supports individuals and teams in gaining orientation, developing shared mental models, and shaping viable next steps.

He creates co-creative spaces where reflection, dialogue, and action come together—structured, empathetic, and focused on what truly matters. As a partner at cidpartners, he contributes his experience to innovation, transformation, and development processes and has been actively involved in the Service Design Network for many years. He has been working as a self-employed coach and designer since 2016, based in Düsseldorf.
