The Handelsblatt Management Campus offers professional development courses for management and leadership. Together, we developed the Organisational Design Expert course and the white paper Spotting Misfits . Both offerings make organizational design accessible from different perspectives.
Academy of the Ruhr University:
The Academy of Ruhr University stands for scientifically grounded continuing education with a close connection to professional practice. In joint training courses, we bring together scientific perspectives and experience from organizational consulting.
OKR Mentors:
OKR Mentors is an international network for training and professional exchange on Objectives and Key Results. Together, we design OKR Masterclasses where participants gain international experience and apply it to the specific needs of their own organizations.
Workpath
Workpath combines software, consulting, and training for strategy implementation and OKRs. Our collaboration includes joint client projects and learning formats. Our ongoing offering includes the OKR Coach Certification powered by cidpartners.

The Institute for Personality combines further education with personnel and organizational development. Together, we offer the OKR Team Facilitator certification, which combines OKR knowledge with practical work in teams.

Sommer + Spohr advises media organizations on broadcast IT, processes, and technical systems. In joint transformation projects within the media industry, we combine this expertise with organizational development, change management, and communication.
