SYSTEMIC BASICS AND COMMUNICATION FOR MANAGERS

In order to develop the potential of all managers throughout the organization – from the chief technician in the nuclear power plant to the team leader in the works canteen – a management development programme consisting of several modules was designed and implemented together with and for a major energy supplier. The programme was extended in close cooperation with the client’s internal trainers, who conducted the training together with us after the pilot phase.
