Ilka has been supporting our customers since cidpartners was founded as an organizational consultant, team developer and coach. Her special expertise includes self-organized teamwork and organizational development. In these areas, she creates spaces for our clients where new forms of collaboration can be experienced and adapted individually. Projects and events that she supports show how the interplay of individual responsibility, clear guidelines and structures can work.
Clients and colleagues alike value her structured, pragmatic approach and her friendly, uncomplicated nature. With a strong intuition for people and groups, she quickly establishes a communication basis that is robust enough to accommodate frank exchanges now and again. She values and is open to new perspectives, while also maintaining a firm stance where the situation requires.
Ilka is currently working on the area of new ways of collaboration and how to implement agility and new work in medium-sized organizations to gain a constantly developing business.
