Natalia has been a member of the cidpartners team since 2005, mainly providing administrative and organizational support to her colleagues. With her attention to detail and her pronounced awareness of the people around her, she is the Bonn office’s ‘good genie’. Natalia likes her routine work, but also rises to unexpected challenges and tasks using a mixture of enthusiasm, enjoyment and plenty of Columbian charm.
It was her curiosity about things and a search for something to test her mettle that brought her to Germany in the first place, initially as a student of Latin American studies. She already worked as a Spanish trainer during her studies. After graduation, she began her professional career working for several development aid organizations.
