The goal of creating and implementing something sustainable has always been the motivating force in Michael Kempf’s professional activities. He especially enjoys identifying and diagnosing complex relationships and working together to create a promising future.

Learning and experiencing new things is a permanent state and Michael Kempf relishes every opportunity. His career path has taken him from cabinetmaking to education and business, social work, eleven years in a managerial position (personnel and logistics) in industry and trade, and since 1998 now sees him in consulting work with very different people and organizations.
