She doesn't believe in designing organizations on the drawing board or planning organizational development projects too detailed in advance. She is far more interested in solving the real problems and in increasing value. She focuses on precise and continuous observation, a flexible change architecture and targeted interventions, sheltered space projects and prototypes that are linked to the actual needs. The foundation for this is the knowledge gained from systemic training, agile methods and New Work approaches, as well as Luhmann's system theory in combination with her own intuition.
