Her versatile psychology studies enable her to use knowledge from various areas, such as business and clinical psychology, to approach projects holistically. Through jobs and internships in different industries (e.g. football club), she finds it easy to adapt to new challenges. At the same time, her strengths lie in an organized and structured way of working, with which she completes tasks with commitment and reliability.

With her open and empathetic nature, Elena is a real team player. She works voluntarily as a crisis counselor for children and young people.
