Rüdiger is driven by the desire to make his extremely diverse management and project experience as well as his professional knowledge useful for others - be it in individual coaching of managers, in working with teams or in organisational development. He is valued for his empathy, his powers of observation and his ability to formulate refreshingly "to the point". There are two hobbyhorses he particularly likes to ride. He gains input for digitalisation and change processes from the history of ideas of companies and institutions. And he likes to apply the yardstick of constitutional politics to organisational models and their rules: Even if individual nodes fail, the system as a whole should not be endangered.
