Marc's passion is psychology; he was able to embrace it over many years as a professor of work and organizational psychology (Ruhr University Bochum). The desire to shape positive change eventually led him into consulting. Customers appreciate his ability to connect openly and appreciatively with a wide variety of stakeholders and subsystems. His favorite playing field is executive / leadership development in the context of organizational transformation. He has extensive experience in international projects - various corporations use his concepts (the »3x2 Leadership Framework«, for example) in their global development programs. For 10 years now, Marc has been head of the business coaching certification at the Academy of the Ruhr-University Bochum.
