With a positive attitude, curiosity and the knowledge that things can be completely different than expected, Andrea advises her clients with a broad expertise and methodical competence. In order to involve mind and heart adequately, she uses various tools, e.g. to determine the agile maturity level or methods of visualization, and thus supports a change of perspective. The starting point for Andrea was finding answers for the questions "How does who work?" and "Why is that so?" and led her from personnel selection to many years of coaching in the field of behavioral training. In systemic coaching, resource work is important to her, i.e. the possibility of refueling with all the existing dynamics.
