To be able to work successfully in this sensitive area, we regard the question as to HOW a solution is arrived at and WHO contributes towards it as being just as important as the solution itself.
We base our work on a holistic framework for theory and methodology: We ground the repertoire of traditional consultancy methods on a systemic foundation and combine them with innovative approaches such as fluid facilitation, agile methods and design thinking.
On this basis, our work always includes multiple perspectives and combines consultancy, (fluid) facilitation, training and coaching that take account of the client’s specific needs and requirements. This allows us to put together the ideal package for the client and the respective issues.
