Renate has a strong and profound personality. She gets to the bottom of things and grasps structures presented to her as well as “hidden” structures, such as regulations in companies and groups. Her individual coaching helps clients to gain fundamental insight and act upon it. The focus of her work is on constellations in group and individual settings, change coaching and the promotion of expressiveness and constructive communication. In her trainings and accompanying, implementation-oriented workshops, she teaches in an authentic way how to reconcile inner attitudes, language and communication.
