Sustainable Strategy Work

 

Today, instability and unpredictability have become very much a part of daily life in a lot of companies – often a reason to question the importance and effectiveness of strategy design. The top management frequently has to deal with the antagonism of stakeholders and shareholders expecting a concise strategy and a clear orientation while at the same challenging the value of this strategy against the backdrop of an ever-changing environment.
