Based on our clients' questions we often act at the intersection between communications and organziational topics. In order to be able to work successfully in this area of often conflicting demands we consider the way HOW a solution is created and WHO is involved as just as important as the result itself.

 

 

True to our claim "Integrating Perspectives" we place emphasis on a holistic way of thinking and working: We combine the repertoire of classic consulting with a systemic spirit and innovative approaches such as Groupmind or Design Thinking.

 

The concerted combination of these different approaches allows us - and our clients - to make the best use of diverse perspectives in order to develop effective and sustainable solutions.

 

 

Our procedure model is based on an approach which has been refined over the years and at its core divides a project into four distinct phases. In addition, the achievement of the projects objectives, even in a dynamic environment, is supported by feedback loops on a regular basis as well as the Prototype approach. The four different phases are defined as follows: 

Activate : involvement of relevant players within the organization, both from higher and lower hierarchy levels respectively affected employees
Focus : working on  the different perspectives , creation of a common understanding of the situation and reduction of possible options
Produce : collaborative work on solution scenarios (prototypes) creates sustainable results
Integrate : complementing internal knowledge with the cidpartners way of working opens up new options for future action
